Hotel Ambrosia doesn’t have private parking. Normally you can park very close:
– in the street, payable between 9h and 18h at 1 euro/hour max for 3h at once (with the app easy park or 4411 or with eurocoins, no cards)
– at 200m for 2 euro/day (Gezelleplein)
– at an undergroundparking at 300m (parking Indigo Ieper, however very few people use this)
– at an always free edgeparking (Leopold III-llaan is the closest at 500m or 5 min. walk)
Usually you can park very close in the street to drop your bags or to park. During the day it’s 1 euro the first hour during the day from 9h till 18h. The second hour is 1.5 euro, the third hour is 2h. Then you can pay again, you don’t need to move. Ypres is very cheap to park.
For guests with a disabled disk, it’s everywhere always free free parking at Ypres.
For guests with a motorcycle, it’s everywhere always free parking in Ypres.
Sunday and holidays are always free everywhere at Ypres.
Watch out that you drive in the direction of how you drive. Parking in the opposite way isn’t allowed.
Don’t park in the square on Saturdaymorning, it might be towed away.
